Please make sure to submit your request within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Before submitting a request, kindly note:

• Product must be unused and in original condition  
• Original packaging should be available  
• Return request must include correct order details  

Important Notice:

• Size exchange is available if the requested size is in stock.  
• Return, replacement, or refund will NOT be accepted if the correct product has been delivered as per your order.  
• Return / replacement / refund will only be approved if we have sent a wrong or damaged product.
