At Arabwears, we value your trust and ensure that every product undergoes a strict quality check before being shipped. However, returns are applicable only under specific conditions mentioned below:
Defective / Damaged Product – If the product received is defective or damaged.
Wrong Size (T-shirts / Hoodies only) – If the size delivered is different from what you ordered.
Example: You ordered “M” but received “L”.
Wrong Color – If the color delivered is different from what you ordered.
📌 Note: Caps are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
If you simply don’t like the product.
If the quality is not up to your personal preference.
If the size received is the same as ordered but does not fit you.
(We clearly request customers to check the Size Chart before placing an order.)
Any return request raised after 1 day of delivery.
If order was prepaid – refund is not applicable under any case. Only replacement (if eligible) will be provided.
Arabwears charges a ₹99 convenience/processing fee on all orders.
This ₹99 fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
If the customer fails to receive the order (e.g., does not answer delivery calls or refuses the order), or if the order has already been dispatched, the ₹99 will not be refunded.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging for any return to be processed.
Customers must share an unboxing video/photo in case a defective or wrong product is received.
Arabwears reserves the right to reject any return request that does not comply with the above policy.
